The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the maximization of personal and professional potential. It involves the individual guidance of a person (coachee) by a professional coach. Following the principle of "helping self-help," the coach assists the coachee in gaining new insights, changing perspectives, and exploring alternative solutions.Coaching focuses on strengths and potential, thereby enhancing the coachee's professional performance and personal development. It is a format that allows for an in-depth exploration of individual needs, circumstances, tasks, expectations, and challenges. Throughout, the person and their concerns remain the primary focus.Coaching sets itself apart from other forms of counseling and traditional training. The coach doesn't provide tips or prescribe solutions, nor is their role to impart specific knowledge or actively train new behaviors in the coachee. Instead, through specific questioning techniques and methods, the coach helps the coachee activate their own resources and competencies to constructively address professional and personal challenges.Coaching takes place in a confidential environment, with the content remaining strictly confidential between the coach and the coachee.

The success of the coaching process relies significantly on the self-responsibility and initiative of the coachee, the individual seeking coaching. Willingness to change, self-initiative, and the ability for self-reflection are central personal prerequisites for the coachee. In addition, time is a necessary requirement – both for participating in coaching sessions and potentially for completing smaller tasks during the transfer phases between sessions.
The cost of coaching depends on the scope and type of coaching. You will receive specific cost details during the individual consultation. In this process, we also offer various financing options tailored to your financial situation.It's an investment in yourself and your future.
As a professional coach, I work with a variety of methods, including role-playing, questionnaires, questioning techniques, scenarios, and perspective shifts, among others.Before we start our collaboration, I will introduce you to the methods. If you ever feel uncomfortable with a particular method, we can find an alternative.Create a space where you feel secure and can be undisturbed and comfortable during our coaching sessions. Coaching takes place in a protected environment, and the content remains absolutely confidential.My clients highly value confidentiality. Nobody will know that they are in coaching with me. The following points are part of my philosophy:- It's always about self-help.- I tailor my approach to you, starting from where you are.- I will provide impulses - practical, straightforward, and trustworthy.- Confidence comes from a combination of theory and practice.- You won't receive last week's winning lottery ticket; instead, you'll get timeless maxims. You will receive the access details via email in advance, along with instructions on how to participate.
Typically, about 8 to 10 sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours each are scheduled. This includes goal-setting and a closing session. Depending on the specific objectives of individual sessions, it is also possible to arrange for a duration of three hours or more. The intervals between sessions are agreed upon individually. In total, a coaching process takes approximately six months.
